Lead end-to-end project execution across NCR; manage planning, costing, procurement, construction, quality, safety, vendors and contracts; drive RERA compliance, risk mitigation, technology and project governance.

Required Candidate profile

Civil Engineer/Construction Management qualified with 18+ yrs in real estate, 7–10 yrs in senior leadership, complete residential project cycles and large-scale/high-rise projects in Gurugram/NCR.
