Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 10+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations, including warehouse management, inventory, packaging, logistics, and dispatch.
- Manage seed movement, transportation, and delivery planning to ensure timely dispatches, especially during peak seasons.
- Ensure proper seed storage, inventory accuracy, packaging quality, and smooth warehouse operations.
- Manage transport and packaging vendors, negotiate rates, and control operational costs.
- Lead warehouse in-charges and operations teams, set targets, and monitor performance across locations.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and avoid dispatch delays.
- Monitor operational performance,



improve processes, and provide regular reports to management.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in Inventory Control, Dispatch Planning, and Vendor Management.
- Team Leadership, Cost Control, and Operational Planning.
- Experience in the seed/agriculture industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
