About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head – People, Culture & Governance to lead people operations and strengthen HR governance, employee engagement, training, compliance, and operational processes across our clinics and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR operations and workforce management across locations
- Oversee payroll governance, attendance and employee lifecycle processes
- Drive employee engagement, culture, training & development
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Handle client feedback and escalated complaints
- Ensure HR compliance, SOP implementation and people audits
- Coordinate legal matters, insurance and risk management




- Monitor clinic audits, action plans and operational governance
- Drive employee retention and process improvements

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in HR Operations / People & Culture / Business Operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, compliance and employee relations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multi-location operations will be an advantage
