Role & responsibilities

Operations management:

- Optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality. Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and streamline workflows to enhance overall operational performance
- Develop strategies and process to mitigate clients escalations. Make sure client satisfaction with proper decision making
- Conducting performance reviews with internal teams, locations and clients at pre decided periodic intervals
- Conducting quality check at periodic intervals and carry out the data analysis(Process)
- To give strategic inputs to management based on the data analysis in terms of

growth path of the organization. Client volume analysis.
- Submission of monthly reports :
- Overall business volume
- Challenges faced
- Initiatives taken & corrective measures done
- Major escalations

Human Resource Management:

- Determine the allocation of resources, including personnel, and budgets, to meet operational requirements effectively. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Manage and lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, qualified growth, and high performance
- Establish key result areas (KRAs) and metrics to measure operational performance. Regularly monitor and analyse operational data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management. Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team. Encourage innovation, creativity, and the implementation of new technologies or methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct performance review program with employees under supervision.




- Continuous improvement by introducing continuous training program to develop core competencies for teams and upgradation in system and processes

Information Technology:

- Arrange training for ATOM 361 /other system as and when require. Make sure all employees under go refresher’s training program as well
- Collaborative working with IT, relative to operations development in the software and any other new system implemented.

Finance:

- Controlling the operational cost by improving productivity and efficiency
- Timely invoice generation, recovery and related escalation to the client

Others:

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and human resources, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of operational activities. Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to optimize overall organizational performance

IMPACT ANALYSIS: Impact analysis of all the initiatives taken on each aspect as mentioned above. Other than this new initiative taken. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- 7+years of experience in finance / NBFC company
