At DROPDASH , we’re simplifying the dropshipping ecosystem by connecting manufacturers and wholesalers with online sellers across 100+ product categories. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our people function, strengthen HR processes, and build a culture that supports sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding across departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and scalable people processes.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Drive performance management, appraisal cycles, and organizational development initiatives.
- Design employee engagement, recognition, and learning & development programs.
- Oversee payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Partner with leadership and department heads to align people strategies with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.




- 5+ years of HR experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, gratuity, and POSH.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a startup, e-commerce, or rapid-growing organization will be an added advantage.
