Company Description
Geo-Fresh Organic is dedicated to promoting organic farming and enabling the global distribution of organic produce. The Holly Tree is a D2C brand under Geo-Fresh Organic, focused on bringing clean, high-quality pantry essentials to modern consumers.
About the role
You will own how The Holly Tree looks, feels and talks to its customers, on every touchpoint from the Amazon listing to the Instagram reel to the box on the doorstep.
This is a strategy-to-execution role. You set brand and creative direction, turn it into campaigns and content, and build the team and systems that keep producing it.
You are also accountable for results: knowing which creative works, testing to find out, and doing more of what wins. Within six months, you will have built a content engine that runs on clear systems, not on any one person.
Scope The role covers two connected areas, and you own both.

Key responsibilities1. Brand strategy
- Own The Holly Tree's positioning,
brand voice and visual identity.
- Maintain and upgrade the existing brand guidelines, and keep them current as the brand grows.
- Be the final creative check on anything customer-facing, so every touchpoint looks and sounds like one brand.
- Adapt the brand for the US audience without losing what makes it The Holly Tree.
1. Creative strategy to content strategy to execution
You take ideas all the way from strategy to finished assets:
1. Creative strategy: set the big ideas, campaign themes and creative direction for each quarter.
2. Content strategy: turn them into content pillars, formats and a monthly content calendar across educational content, recipes, product storytelling, ingredient and farmer stories, and UGC/influencer content.
3. Execution: concept, then campaign, then finished assets. Write briefs, run shoots, direct designers and editors, and ship on schedule.
Campaigns you will lead include monthly campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand campaigns and US campaigns.
1. Creative direction for Amazon, website and packaging
- Amazon: listing images, A+ content, brand store and product videos that are on-brand and built to convert.
- Website: creative direction for the homepage, product pages and campaign landing pages.
- Packaging: direct design for new products and refreshes, and sign off on print quality.
- Set and maintain the product photography and video style used across all channels.
1. Team building and management
- Hire, build and manage the creative team: designer, video editor, UGC creators and interns.
- Build and run an influencer and creator pipeline.
- Create the systems the team runs on:
content calendar, creative brief template, asset library, approval workflow and SOPs for every recurring task.
- Manage freelancers and agencies where needed.
- Document everything so the work keeps moving if anyone, including you, steps away.
1. Creative performance
- Track how content and ads perform across social, Amazon, the website and paid media.
- Run creative experiments every month, each with a clear hypothesis and a written result.
- Report monthly on what worked, what didn't and what changes next.
- Feed winning creative back into campaigns, ads and the content calendar.
Who you are
- 3+ years in brand, creative or content roles, with at least 1 years leading a team.
- Experience at a D2C, FMCG or food brand, ideally one selling on Amazon and its own website.
- A portfolio that shows both brand work (identity, packaging, guidelines) and content (campaigns, reels, social).
- Hands-on experience with Amazon creative: listing images, A+ content and brand store.
- You have directed photo and video shoots and know what valuable product imagery looks like.
- You have hired and managed designers, editors, freelancers or agencies.
- You are comfortable with data: you read platform analytics, design tests and act on results.
- A strong storyteller who can make an ingredient, a farmer or a recipe worth watching.
- A systems builder: you create briefs, calendars, SOPs and asset libraries that others can run.
Nice to have
- Experience running campaigns for US customers.
- Has built an influencer or creator programme from scratch.
- Food styling or recipe content experience.
