Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Business to lead our business development and client management activities. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Business Manager, Business In-Charge, Business Development Manager, or in a similar leadership role.

The candidate should have strong expertise in client management, business development, team coordination, and identifying current business opportunities. The person will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Handle client meetings, discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop strategies to increase business revenue and achieve targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Guide and support the business development team in achieving their targets.
- Take ownership of business targets, performance, and overall growth.




- Support management in planning and implementing business strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam communication.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Business Manager, Business In-Charge, Business Development Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong experience in client management and business development.
- Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and business activities effectively.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Positive leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
