About the Role

We are looking for a agile and relationship-driven professional to lead institutional partnerships and business development for BIE’s Entrepreneurship programs.

The primary responsibility will be to establish collaborations with colleges and educational institutions, engage with key decision-makers, and create opportunities to introduce BIE’s MBA and Bachelor’s programs in Entrepreneurship through strategic academic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions for potential collaborations.
- Meet Directors, Deans, Trustees, Principals, and other senior college authorities to explore partnership opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, present BIE’s programs, and develop long-term institutional relationships.
- Drive partnership discussions, proposals, negotiations, and closure of collaboration agreements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective institutional partners and track progress towards partnership targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute successful collaboration initiatives.

Candidate Profile




- Experience in business development, institutional partnerships, B2B sales, or education-sector relationship management.
- Strong networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable meeting senior decision-makers and travelling for institutional meetings when required.
- A proactive, target-oriented professional who can independently build relationships and convert opportunities into partnerships.

Experience in education, higher education, college admissions, academic collaborations, or university partnerships will be an added advantage. Why Join BIE?
