We are looking for a proactive and experienced Dispatch Head to lead our dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries.

The Dispatch Head will be responsible for managing end-to-end dispatch operations, coordinating with warehouse, production, sales, and logistics teams, and ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods. The role requires strong operational planning, team leadership, inventory control, and process management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Lead and manage the dispatch team, allocate responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and accounts teams to ensure dispatch readiness.
- Manage transportation, courier partners, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure proper packaging, labelling, quantity verification, and product handling.
- Maintain dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, LR/GR receipts,



and shipment records.
- Monitor inventory movement and reconcile dispatched quantities with ERP records.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of dispatch transactions and shipment details in the ERP system.
- Track pending orders, shipment status, delivery timelines, and dispatch-related issues.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve dispatch accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations is preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably with managerial or team-handling experience.
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, manufacturing, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, inventory management, and dispatch documentation.
- Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict dispatch timelines.
