As the Functional Lead for Cutting, take charge of overseeing and optimizing the processes in the Cut, Stitch, and Pack (CSP) domain. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in cutting operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Develop and implement strategies to optimize cutting processes, improving workflow efficiency and resource utilization. Lead initiatives to maintain high levels of Right First Time (CSP) in cutting, ensuring top-notch product quality and minimizing rework. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enforcing 6S principles to create an organized and efficient work workplace in cutting operations.

Pls to maximize productivity Ensure strict adherence to 6S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Implement measures to achieve and sustain high levels of Right First Time (CSP) in cutting, reducing errors and rework.
