Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head – C&I; EPC / Head of Operations to lead end-to-end Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) solar EPC operations, from project planning and execution to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end C&I; Solar EPC operations across multiple projects.
- Oversee project planning, engineering, procurement, execution, commissioning and handover.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, manpower, contractors and resources.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, performance and commercial targets.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Project teams.
- Drive timely procurement and effective vendor/contractor management.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays/risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, safety and statutory requirements.
- Manage client relationships, project reviews and escalations.
- Develop operational processes,



SOPs and performance metrics for the EPC division.
- Lead and mentor project managers, engineers and site teams.
- Support business growth by providing technical and execution inputs during project bidding.

Key Requirements

- 10–15+ years of experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy, preferably C&I; projects.
- Strong experience in managing rooftop, ground-mounted and industrial solar projects.
- Proven track record of handling multiple projects and large execution teams.
- Strong understanding of DC/AC systems, HT/LT, transformers, SCADA, protection systems and grid connectivity.
- Experience in project budgeting, costing, BOQ, procurement and contractor management.
- Strong leadership, client management and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred: Experience handling 100+ MW cumulative C&I; Solar EPC projects and large industrial clients. Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
