2. Develop innovative menu items while maintaining the essence of traditional Goan and North Indian cuisine.
3. Ensure high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and taste and quality control across restaurants.
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a chef.
2. In-depth knowledge of traditional Goan and North Indian recipes, ingredients, and cooking methods.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
