We are seeking an experienced Head Barista with deep specialty coffee knowledge to oversee our daily bar operations and maintain strict quality standards. In this role, you will dial in espresso recipes daily, manage brew variables, and execute precise milk texturing and latte art. As a technical leader, you will perform routine maintenance on high-end espresso machines and grinders while tracking inventory and ordering supplies.
You will also be responsible for training the barista team on sensory evaluation, origin profiles, and advanced brewing techniques. Ultimately, your focus will be ensuring every cup served meets the highest specialty coffee benchmarks.
