Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on business operations leader to work directly with the CEO and drive company-wide execution, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business priorities, leadership reviews, and accountability.
- Improve customer support, customer success, and service delivery.
- Strengthen sales operations, CRM, pipeline management, and follow-ups.
- Align marketing performance with lead generation and revenue growth.
- Develop SOPs, dashboards, and scalable operating systems.
- Lead new initiatives from planning to execution.

Requirements

- 4--8 years of experience in Business Operations, Founders Office, Chief of Staff,



Strategy & Operations, or General Management.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, cloud hosting, or customer operations preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of independently delivering measurable business results.
- MBA preferred; practical experience and demonstrated impact are more key.
