Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end management of Cinema IT Infrastructure and P&S; operations, ensuring 100% uptime of shows, systems, and special formats including IMAX, 4DX, Onyx, ATMOS.

Key Responsibilities

A. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

1. Manage IT hardware and software including VISTA Application Server, TMS Server, Digital Signage, Cinema Server, Network, WAN, CCTV, Desktop/Laptop.
2. Manage all IT peripherals including POS, Kiosks, Printers, LCDs, LED Walls, EDC and other IT equipment, ensuring maximum availability.
3. Provide troubleshooting and application support to internal clients on Windows, SQL, Office, Adobe and other enterprise software.

B. P&S; & Special Formats Management
1. Manage P&S; equipment including special formats like 4DX, IMAX, Onyx, ATMOS. Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure P&S; workplace is 100% live and operational.
2. Monitor and maintain daily lamp hours, lamp stock, consumables and spare stock inventory.

Content & Show Operations
1. Ensure 100% success rate in show creation and execution, including day-to-day TMS management, schedule adherence, movie ingestion, KDM ingestion and show scheduling.
2. Manage KDM and content availability from vendors by checking schedules and continuous follow-up with service providers and programming team.

D. Operations, Reporting & Team Management
1. Maintain log of each incident, manage MAXIMO call logging, ensure timely closure of calls as per SOP, and build knowledge base documents. Ensure proper shift handover.
2. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
3. Manage cinema IT & P&S; team, handle roster planning in coordination with site operations team and ensure seamless site operations.
