Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop circuit schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and hardware specifications.

- Design and integrate camera SoCs, CMOS image sensors, DDR, SPI NOR/NAND flash, Wi-Fi modules, and 4G modules.

- Design power supplies, PoE interfaces, IR and white-light LED drivers, audio circuits, and motor drivers.

- Implement reverse-polarity, overvoltage, surge, ESD, and thermal protection.

- Perform board bring-up, hardware debugging, power measurements, and image-sensor interface validation.

- Review PCB layouts for signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.

- Qualify alternative components for compatibility, performance, and reliability.

- Prepare hardware test reports, engineering change records, and production documentation.





- Support SMT assembly, production testing, field failure analysis, and corrective actions.

- Coordinate with certification teams for applicable BIS, STQC, and other product requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Experience

- CCTV/IP camera development using Augentix, Qualcomm, Innofusion,Sigmastar Novatek, or similar platforms.

- Sensor integration, IR-cut control, PT/PTZ motor control, and day/night operation.

- PoE, solar-powered and battery-operated cameras, and low-power designs.

- Hardware security features, secure elements, and production provisioning.
