We are looking for a HappinessCue Services Manager to join a growing HappinessCue team in Remote / India. The role helps ensure that clients and experts have a smooth experience on HappinessCue. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

Requirements

- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.





- Attention to detail, dependable follow-through and comfortable communication with different stakeholders are important.

- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

- Expected experience range is 3-7 years; solid candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
