: Insurance QA Analyst / Test Engineer (P&C; Claims) We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance QA Analyst / Test Engineer with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance and Claims Management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validating end-to-end insurance workflows, including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Endorsements, and Renewals. The role requires strong functional testing skills, business process understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
- Design, execute, and maintain detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data for P&C; Insurance applications.
- Validate end-to-end insurance business processes, including:
- Policy Issuance
- Underwriting
- Policy Endorsements
- Policy Renewals
- Claims Intake and Claims Processing
- Billing and Payments
- Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities.
- Execute test cycles, document results, and ensure adequate business and functional coverage.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects while collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
- Validate integrations between insurance systems and third-party applications.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide testing metrics, status reports, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.

Qualification.

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance applications.
- Strong understanding of P&C; Insurance business processes:

- Policy Administration

- Underwriting

- Claims Management

- Billing

- Endorsements

- Renewals
- Hands-on experience in:

- Functional Testing

- System Integration Testing (SIT)

- Regression Testing

- UAT Support
- Strong experience in test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance and Claims Management processes.
