We are looking for a Guidance Quality Coordinator to join a growing HappinessCue team in Bhopal. The role helps ensure that clients and experts have a smooth experience on HappinessCue.

HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

Responsibilities

- Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include expert communication, profile information, verification coordination, scheduling, booking support, session follow-up, feedback handling or service-quality checks.
- Attention to detail, dependable follow-through and comfortable communication with different stakeholders are key.
- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

Requirements

- Experience range: 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
