•Guidewire PolicyCenter Senior Business Analysts gathering requirements from business, writing User Story cards, conducting workshops with clients, etc.

•Performing Gap Analysis for the Business requirements by mapping to OOTB features

•Involve with Product Owner, SME in defining scope of Sprint or MVP based Solution development for Releases

•Participating in Value and Product Alignment with Guidewire Lead during Inception

•Clearly communicate, work with stratus Offshore team and client team and testers as required to deliver effectively.

Essential Experience

•Atleast 5 years of Business Anlaysts experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter- Product Modeling, Rating Module ( V10 is prefered ) and 3 years of experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite products.

•Expertise including Guidewire Configuration, OOTB Features, writing integration user story cards

•Experience in Property and Casuality.

•Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills.

•Experience in software mangement tools like Jira,XL Sheets etc

- Good to have Guidewire Analyst Certification(s) - Associate / ACE-Qualified
