We are looking for a Guidance Programmes Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Bhopal. The role helps HappinessCue make its guidance services easier to discover, understand and use.

Responsibilities

- The person may work across content, community, webinars, partnerships or client engagement, translating service areas into useful conversations and practical outreach while coordinating with experts and internal teams.
- Candidates who combine good communication with organised execution and a genuine interest in people-focused services will fit well.
- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

Requirements

- The expected experience range is 0-4 years; solid candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
