Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, well-groomed and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive to manage visitor interactions and provide an excellent experience at the Godrej Property Sales Office in Bandra.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers, walk-in visitors and prospective property buyers.
- Manage visitor registration and direct guests to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer visits and meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, visitor inquiries and basic information requests professionally.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules and front-office documentation.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain presentable and organised.




- Assist with customer hospitality and refreshments, as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security and administration teams.
- Maintain professional communication, confidentiality and service standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience: 1–3 years in guest relations, front office, hospitality, retail or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to manage visitors and multiple tasks efficiently.
