Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service & Welcome: Greet arriving patrons warmly, escort them to tables, present menus, and offer food and beverage recommendations.

- Order Processing: Take accurate food and drink orders, input them into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and relay special dietary requests or preferences to the kitchen and bar.

- Table & Outlet Operations: Handle opening and closing side duties, set tables to brand standards, explicit used tableware, and maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift.

- Billing & Payments: Process guest bills, handle cash, credit card, or room-charge transactions accurately, and manage billing inquiries.

- Safety & Hygiene: Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols (such as HACCP standards) and maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.

- Problem Solving: Handle minor guest complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues to the F&B; or Restaurant Manager when necessary.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
