Position: Guest Service Associate (GSA) Food & Beverage Service

Department: Food & Beverage Service To deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring efficient food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and creating a memorable dining experience for guests in accordance with the hotel's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Ensure tables, service stations, and restaurant areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and personal cleanliness standards.
- Assist with restaurant setup,



mise-en-place, buffet arrangements, and closing procedures.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
- Adhere to hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and guest service standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant hotel/restaurant experience may apply.
- Skills: Valuable communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a guest-focused attitude.
- Personal Attributes: Well-groomed, courteous, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
