Job Summary

PVR INOX is hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused and service-oriented candidates for the position of Guest Service Associate (GSA) at PVR Director’s Cut, Forum Rex Walk, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

- Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional cinema experience.
- Assist customers with ticket bookings, show timings, seating and general inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Assist guests with special needs.

2. Ticketing and Box Office

- Operate ticketing systems and issue tickets.
- Handle cash, card payments and other transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate cash records and balance the register at the beginning and end of shifts.

3. Food and Beverage Service

- Prepare and serve popcorn, beverages, snacks and other concession products.
- Promote combo offers and special deals to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at food and beverage counters.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

4. Ushering and Auditorium Management

- Check tickets and guide guests to their respective auditoriums and seats.
- Ensure auditoriums are clean and organized.
- Monitor auditoriums during screenings to ensure guest safety and comfort.




- Assist with crowd management during busy periods and special events.

5. Cleanliness and Maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness across the lobby, counters and auditoriums.
- Report maintenance and safety issues to management promptly.
- Follow company hygiene and operational standards.

6. Teamwork and Operations

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily cinema operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Support special events, promotions and other operational activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Hotel Management or Aviation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced cinema environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with the required qualifications can apply.
