Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Job Type: Full-time (Freshers with 10th pass and above can apply)

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (in hand)

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Guest Relations Executive to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our centre. You will welcome guests, assist at game counters, keep the floor running smoothly and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming experience
- Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, safety and maintenance standards on the floor
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for smooth functioning of the centre
- Maintain attendance, shift timings and grooming standards as per company policy
- Promote offers, memberships and events at the centre
- Assist in managing inventory for game counters and redemption items
- Follow company SOPs and policies

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
- Team player with a professional appearance and conduct

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 10th pass or above (10+2 / Graduate in any stream also welcome)
- Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality is preferred
- Freshers (10th pass and above) with strong communication skills and enthusiasm are welcome to apply

Work Schedule
- 9-hour shifts, as per the centre's rotational roster
