Facility Executive – Soft Services Key Responsibilities

- Housekeeping Management
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor cleaning schedules, inventory of consumables, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.

- Guest Management
- Manage front office and guest relations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
- Coordinate with security and reception for smooth guest entry and exit.

- Event Management
- Support planning and execution of client/office events, ensuring all operational aspects are managed (venue setup, housekeeping, logistics).
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams for successful event delivery.
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Supervise third-party contractors for housekeeping, pantry, and related services.
- Monitor contract performance and handle service audits.
- Administrative & Process Compliance
- Maintain records, stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly soft services reports.
- Monitor petty cash and vendor invoice processing as per company standards.




- Health, Safety & Crisis Management
- Assist in emergency procedures, health & safety compliance, and business continuity planning for soft services.

- Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving soft service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Perform regular audits to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.

- Team Management
- Lead and motivate the soft services team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company values.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in soft services/facility management (especially housekeeping, guest management, events).
- Graduate, preferably in hotel management, facility management, or related field.
- Solid computer literacy (MS Office, emails, reporting tools).
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety in workplace soft services.
- Excellent team management, communication, and client service skills.
