Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and well-groomed Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team at Silver Storm Amusement Park and Resorts Limited. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information, handling enquiries, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable visitor experience at the park.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their visit.

- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests promptly.

- Provide accurate information about park attractions, rides, ticketing, facilities, restaurants, and other services.

- Coordinate with Operations, Ticketing, Security, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth guest services.

- Assist guests with directions, information counters, and other visitor requirements.

- Maintain high standards of hospitality, grooming, communication, and customer service.

- Collect guest feedback and report recurring issues to the reporting manager.

- Support special events, group visits, and promotional activities as required.

- Ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image of the organization.

- Prepare daily reports on guest enquiries, complaints,



and service-related issues.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.

- Experience: 0–3 years in guest relations, front office, customer service, hospitality, or tourism. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Malayalam and English is preferred. Knowledge of Hindi or other languages will be an advantage.

- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a customer-friendly attitude.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced amusement park and hospitality setting.
