Position: Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Housekeeping

Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned areas of the hotel, while ensuring high standards of guest service and hotel cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas as per hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linen, towels, and guest amenities as required.
- Replenish room supplies and ensure all items are properly arranged.
- Check rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing or damaged items.
- Report maintenance defects, lost and found items, and guest requests promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
- Assist with room preparation for arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special requirements.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and queries.




- Handle guest belongings and hotel property carefully.
- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding room status and guest requirements.
- Complete assigned duties within the scheduled time.
- Maintain proper grooming, personal hygiene, and qualified conduct at all times.

Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th standard & hotel management course equivalent. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
