Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Strategy & Growth Intern to work directly with the founders on building and scaling 100Networks.

This isn't a conventional internship where you follow a fixed set of tasks. You’ll explore new business opportunities, identify promising industry verticals, develop growth strategies, experiment with AI tools, and take ownership of initiatives from idea to execution.

You’ll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup is built, how business decisions are made, and how AI can be used to build and run a company.

The goal is to find someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, takes initiative, and wants to build something meaningful. Strong performance during the three-month internship can lead to a full-time role.

What You'll Do

- Explore new business opportunities: Research markets, identify promising industries and customer segments, and evaluate new opportunities for 100Networks.
- Shape growth strategy: Work with the founders to develop and test ideas for acquiring customers, expanding into new verticals, and growing the business.
- Drive business development: Research target companies, identify decision-makers, conduct outreach,



and help build relationships with founders, talent leaders, and hiring teams.
- Build the recruiter marketplace: Onboard and engage specialist recruiters, manage marketplace operations, improve participation, and help ensure critical roles get the right recruiter coverage.
- Support hiring execution: Help source candidates for active roles when needed, coordinate with recruiters, and keep hiring processes moving.
- Build with AI: Use AI tools to automate workflows, conduct research, improve outreach, and build lightweight solutions that make our business more efficient.
- Own projects end to end: Take an idea, research it, build a plan, execute it, measure the results, and figure out what to do next.
