Role Description:

The Growth Marketer role at Promact is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. In this role, the team member will design and execute growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users for digital products, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and running growth experiments, optimizing marketing funnels, managing lead generation campaigns, and tracking performance using analytics tools.

The Growth

Marketer will collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and identify current growth opportunities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing user behavior, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Search Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels across markets such as India, the US, and the UK.
- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and sales aligned with business objectives, while managing monthly ad budgets and bids to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta/Google pixels, Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and UTM parameters, working with developers on QA for accurate attribution.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) daily, and use Microsoft Clarity and GA4 to find funnel drop-offs.
- Run growth experiments and A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and lead magnets with product and tech teams.
- Improve landing pages and conversion rates in collaboration with sales and product teams, with specific value propositions, audiences, and CTAs.




- Improve on-page and off-page SEO and optimize content for AI answer engines (AEO) to grow organic traffic and visibility.
- Design and manage lifecycle automation journeys (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement) across email and WhatsApp.
- Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign and positioning strategy.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators, and use AI tools (HeyGen, Higgsfield AI, Canva) to produce ad creatives, video scripts, and social content.
- Use AI and automation tools (Claude, Zapier, and similar) to streamline campaign tracking and reporting.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, AI-driven marketing tools, and growth trends.

Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Search Ads, including budget management and bidding strategy.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion tracking (pixels, Meta CAPI, GTM, event tracking).
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, UTM tracking, and similar analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and landing page optimization.
- Understanding of on-page SEO and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into specific actions.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with SaaS, legal-tech, or e-commerce marketing.
- Knowledge of AEO, off-page SEO, and tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience with email and WhatsApp automation tools (Brevo, Loops, Interakt) and CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar for funnel and session analysis.
- Hands-on use of AI and automation tools (Claude, Zapier, ChatGPT, Lovable) in marketing workflows.
- Working knowledge of landing page builders and CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Wix Studio).
- Familiarity with social media, influencer, and affiliate performance models.
