? About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and execution-driven Growth Manager to accelerate user growth, engagement, retention, and monetization at FRND.

This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, Business, and Analytics . You’ll work on high-impact business problems, identify opportunities through data and consumer insights, experiment with new ideas, and translate them into measurable outcomes. ?

The ideal candidate is someone who loves solving complex problems, is extremely comfortable with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced consumer internet environment. ⚡

? What You’ll Work On

? Drive Growth & Business Impact

- Drive high-impact growth initiatives across user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities by understanding user behavior, business performance, and underlying growth drivers.
- Translate business challenges into practical initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

? Unlock Growth Through Data & Experimentation

- Deep-dive into conversion funnels, user cohorts, engagement patterns, and monetization metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
- Design and execute structured experiments across onboarding, pricing, offers, engagement, and retention to improve business performance.
- Track key metrics, measure experiment outcomes, and translate data into actionable business decisions.

? Build, Automate & Scale

- Independently drive growth initiatives from ideation to execution, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
- Leverage AI tools, automation, and LLM-based workflows to accelerate experimentation, simplify processes, and improve efficiency.
- Build repeatable processes, solve execution bottlenecks, and scale initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact.





? What We’re Looking For ? Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Growth, Business, Product, Strategy, Analytics, or related roles, preferably in consumer internet companies.

? Problem-Solving: Structured thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to break complex business problems into practical, actionable solutions.

? Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel and SQL, comfort working with data, dashboards, insights, and guesstimates, and the ability to use AI tools effectively.

? Growth-Oriented Thinking: Ability to proactively identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and independently drive initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes.

⚡ High Ownership & Bias for Action: Comfortable collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams, getting hands-on, and executing in a quick-paced environment.

Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
