**Role Description The Growth Intern will support Hintro’s go-to-market efforts by identifying and testing new growth opportunities across sales and marketing funnels. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, assisting with outbound sales campaigns, analyzing user data and conversion metrics, and helping refine growth experiments. The intern will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to improve messaging, optimize onboarding flows, and document repeatable growth playbooks.

This is a full time remote role, requiring proactive communication,



strong ownership of projects, and the ability to work effectively across time zones.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable growth experiments.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Interest or experience in growth hacking and sales, with a focus on optimizing funnels, testing hypotheses, and supporting revenue-focused initiatives.
- Basic project management skills, including organizing tasks, managing deadlines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort with working in fast-paced startup environments and learning new tools quickly (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms, outreach tools).
- Self-directed, reliable, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, economics, marketing, data science, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
- Prior internship or project experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or growth roles is a plus.**
