1. About Loan2grow
Loan2grow Fincap Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-enabled NBFC focused on expanding access to responsible and accessible financial solutions through digital platforms, institutional partnerships and innovative distribution models. Its offerings span Earned Wage Access (Earnplus), short-term personal credit, education-fee financing and other financing solutions for underserved and emerging customer segments. The company aims to scale its offerings by combining technology, partnerships, digital acquisition and efficient customer onboarding.
1. Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Growth & Partnerships Manager who can build and execute strategies to grow Loan2grow's business across its product portfolio. This is a hands-on, target-oriented role for someone who understands that growth is not just about generating visibility, publishing social media content or running digital campaigns. It is about acquiring customers, developing distribution channels, building institutional partnerships, generating qualified leads and converting opportunities into actual business.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing acquisition channels, establishing partnerships with employers and institutions, managing lead-generation campaigns, improving customer conversion and tracking business outcomes.
The primary measure of success will be business generated—not impressions, followers or engagement figures.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Business Growth and Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute growth plans for Loan2grow's priority products, aligned with business targets and management priorities.
- Identify high-potential customer segments, geographies, employer groups, institutions and distribution channels.
- Build acquisition strategies for individual borrowers, salaried employees, education customers and other relevant target segments.
- Develop and manage a structured pipeline from lead generation through qualification, application, approval, disbursal and repeat usage, wherever applicable.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through direct outreach, digital channels, referral networks and strategic alliances.
- Work closely with internal credit, operations, technology and customer support teams to improve conversion and onboarding.
- Analyse reasons for lead drop-offs, application rejection and customer inactivity, and implement corrective actions.
B. Institutional Partnerships and Business Development
- Identify, approach, negotiate and onboard relevant business partners who can generate sustained business for Loan2grow.
- Build relationships with employers, HR teams, payroll providers, staffing companies, schools, colleges, education service providers, channel partners and other relevant institutions.
- Develop partnership opportunities for Earnplus, including employer onboarding and access to eligible employee populations.
- Build a pipeline of schools, colleges and education partners for education-fee financing.
- Identify suitable distribution and referral partners for other lending products.
- Prepare partnership proposals, commercial models, presentations and pitches.
- Drive partnerships beyond signing agreements by ensuring partner activation, customer acquisition and actual business generation.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and develop plans to increase business volumes through them.
C. Digital Growth and Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across relevant digital and offline channels.
- Use Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other suitable channels depending on the target customer and product.
- Develop campaigns, landing pages, referral programmes and targeted outreach initiatives to generate qualified leads.
- Work with content creators, designers, agencies and internal teams to develop conversion-oriented marketing assets.
- Test different campaign messages, audiences, offers and acquisition channels to improve results.
- Manage campaign budgets and assess cost per qualified lead,
cost per acquisition and return on marketing expenditure.
- Use digital analytics and CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, conversions and campaign performance.
- Use AI tools and marketing automation to improve prospect research, campaign execution, lead qualification and reporting.
D. Sales Funnel and Conversion Management
- Establish a measurable sales and acquisition funnel, with clear ownership at every stage.
- Ensure that leads are promptly contacted, qualified, followed up and moved towards conversion.
- Coordinate with sales, onboarding and operations teams to reduce turnaround time and improve application completion.
- Develop follow-up workflows through CRM, email, WhatsApp and other appropriate channels.
- Track the movement of prospects from initial enquiry to completed application, loan approval and disbursal.
- Identify underperforming channels and implement corrective measures.
- Develop referral and repeat-customer strategies, subject to product suitability and responsible lending practices.
E. Market Research and Recent Growth Opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, acquisition opportunities and potential distribution partners.
- Map prospective employers, educational institutions, aggregators, associations and other relevant organisations.
- Assess new customer segments and channels based on commercial potential, acquisition cost, operational feasibility and credit quality.
- Recommend and test new growth initiatives through small, measurable experiments before scaling.
- Provide management with actionable recommendations on product positioning, pricing communication, channel strategy and market expansion.
F. Business Analytics and Performance Reporting
- Maintain a live dashboard of leads, pipeline, partner onboarding, applications, approvals, disbursals and acquisition costs.
- Prepare weekly growth reports and monthly business reviews covering performance against targets.
- Track channel-wise and product-wise conversion rates, acquisition costs, disbursal volumes and business contribution.
- Assess partner productivity and identify inactive or underperforming partnerships.
- Monitor portfolio quality and early delinquency indicators in coordination with the credit and risk teams.
- Recommend changes in campaigns, channels and partnerships based on business data.
- Be accountable for achieving agreed growth targets within approved marketing budgets and credit policies.

- Data-driven approach: Uses metrics to identify bottlenecks, test solutions and improve results.
- Ownership: Takes responsibility for outcomes instead of attributing underperformance to other teams or external agencies.

- Communication and negotiation: Able to pitch Loan2grow's offerings, develop proposals and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Technology orientation: Comfortable using CRM, spreadsheets, digital analytics, AI tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Works effectively with sales, credit, operations, technology and management teams.

- Understand Loan2grow's products, target customers, eligibility criteria and commercial priorities.
- Map target customer segments, prospective partners and acquisition channels.
- Audit existing leads, campaigns, partnerships and conversion performance.
- Prepare a prioritised growth plan with measurable targets.
Days 31–60 — Launch and activate
- Launch initial lead-generation campaigns and targeted outreach.
- Build a qualified pipeline of prospective institutional and distribution partners.
- Progress partnership discussions towards onboarding and activation.
- Establish lead tracking, follow-up processes and performance reporting.
Days 61–90 — Demonstrate measurable traction
- Convert initial opportunities into active partnerships and qualified customer pipelines.
- Demonstrate measurable progress in applications, customer acquisition and disbursals.
- Identify the most productive acquisition channels and propose where to increase or reduce investment.
- Present a data-backed plan for the next quarter, with targets, budgets and accountability.
