- Prepare GRNs for imported and domestic electronic components, PCBs, and other EMS materials.
- Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Handle import documents, including Air Waybill (AWB), Bill of Entry (BOE), and other customs-related documents.
- Coordinate with customs brokers (CHA), courier agencies, suppliers, and internal teams for import clearance and material delivery.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, batch numbers, and date codes.
- Identify and report shortages, damages, and documentation discrepancies.
- Update GRN registers, ERP systems, and inventory records.
- Reconcile GRNs with purchase orders, supplier invoices, and stock records.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
