Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.

Implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC.

Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

Build automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.

Develop custom scripts, workflows, UI actions, and portal components.

Perform integrations with third-party applications.

Support platform upgrades and releases.

Ensure compliance with platform security and governance standards.

Required Skills:

Solid expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC modules.

Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

Service Portal and Employee Center.

Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.

REST/SOAP integrations.

JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
