Key Roles and Responsibilities: Graphic Designing:

- Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as:
- Brochures, catalogs, packaging, banners, and flyers.
- Social media posts, advertisements, and infographics.
- Company presentations, product labels, and internal communication creatives.
- Develop brand identity elements like logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and communication tone.
- Prepare design files for both print and digital formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for campaign visuals.

Video Editing:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage to create promotional and social media videos.
- Add effects, graphics, music, voiceovers, and transitions for smooth storytelling.
- Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Work with creative briefs to transform ideas into engaging video outputs.
- Maintain a library of video and design assets for future use.

Motion Graphics & Animation (Optional):

- Design and animate graphics for intros, outros, and explainer videos.




- Use After Effects or similar tools for motion-based storytelling.

Collaboration & Strategy:

- Coordinate with marketing, HR, and digital teams to understand content needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with latest design and video trends, tools, and formats.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in design and video editing (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Good sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Solid storytelling ability and creative mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media content strategy is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
