Graphic designer (Contract) 1-Year Engagement to be turned into permanent upon performance with a leading International Ad Agency in Mumbai

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer for a 1-year fixed-term contract to support our creative initiatives across premium sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a sophisticated aesthetic sensibility and the technical agility to deliver high-impact visuals for Automobile, Banking (BFSI), Luxury, and Arts & Exhibition portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

- Multidimensional Design: Conceptualize and execute a wide array of assets, including brand identities, promotional collateral, large-scale exhibition graphics, and digital social media campaigns.
- Sector Alignment: Translate complex banking information into clean, compliant infographics and develop high-end, minimalist visual narratives for luxury and art client including FMCG.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative output adheres strictly to global brand guidelines while maintaining a "world-class" premium finish.
- Project Synergy:



Collaborate with video editors and copywriters to provide cohesive visual assets for integrated campaigns under tight deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

- Experience: 28years of agency experience with a portfolio showcasing expertise in luxury, automotive, or financial services.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX tools (Figma) is a significant advantage.
- Aesthetic Quality: A demonstrated ability to balance functional design (Banking/Auto) with high-concept creative expression (Arts/Luxury).
- Equipment (BYOD): Candidates must provide their own laptop and necessary creative software.

Terms of Engagement

- Duration: 1-year fixed-term contract.
- Location: In office, Mumbai

Compensation: Monthly retainer based on experience and portfolio strength (Standard range: 20k pm –70k pm).
