Role Description: This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager. The role involves designing digital and print assets for campaigns, including social media creatives, website banners, brochures, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.

The individual will manage social media channels, plan content calendars, create engaging posts and stories, and monitor performance metrics to improve reach and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams, developing visual concepts for brand campaigns,



coordinating photo and video assets, and ensuring consistent visual branding across platforms. The role also includes staying updated on design trends and social media best practices relevant to sportswear and lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, impactful, and on-brand visual communication.
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and creating content tailored to each channel.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual campaigns and content strategies.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing design and social media work is required.
