Job Title: Graphic Designer & Photographer

Reporting To: School Management.

1. Job Purpose To create attractive visual content, capture school activities and events, and support the school's branding, marketing, admissions, and social media activities through creative designs, photography, and video content.

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Graphic Designing

- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, admission creatives, certificates, and school event materials.
- Create social media posts, reels covers, and digital promotional creatives.
- Maintain consistency in school branding, logos, colours, and visual identity.
- Prepare designs for print and digital platforms as required.

B. Photography & Videography

- Capture photographs and videos of school events, annual functions, celebrations, sports activities, classroom activities, and other important occasions.
- Conduct photography sessions for students, staff, and school promotional activities.
- Record and edit short videos, reels, and promotional clips.
- Maintain an organized archive of photographs and videos for future use.

C. Social Media & Marketing Support

- Provide creative content for school admissions, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with school departments to collect information and plan coverage of activities.




- Ensure timely delivery of designs, photographs, and videos.
- Support the school’s overall digital presence and brand visibility.

3. Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator,Adobe CorelDRAW,Adobe Canva, Adobe InDesign,Adobe Lightroom or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of photography, lighting, composition, and camera handling.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar software.
- Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work during school events and special programmes as required.

4. Educational Qualification & Experience

- Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong creative skills and a valuable portfolio may also apply.

- Timely completion of creative assignments.
- Quality and consistency of designs and photographs.
- Effective coverage of school events and activities.
- Support for admission campaigns and school promotional activities.
- Proper maintenance and organization of digital media files.
