Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Nashik.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets, including logos, brand elements, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and web graphics that align with client brand strategies.



The role involves collaborating with growth strategists and content teams to translate business objectives into clear, cohesive visual stories across digital touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, selecting typography, preparing layouts, adhering to brand guidelines, and delivering production-ready files.

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute design ideas to campaigns, and support continuous improvement of the visual identity for Growapse and its SME clients.

Qualifications – Graphic Designer

- Solid skills in Graphic Design, Branding, Logo Design, and Typography.
- CorelDRAW proficiency and hands-on experience are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience creating social media creatives, marketing materials, and print designs.
- Ability to understand design briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Relevant design portfolio and degree/diploma in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
