What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

- Design YouTube thumbnails optimised for CTR
- Create performance creatives for PPC, Meta, Facebook, YouTube & Hotstar ads
- Design branded static posts, carousels, and social media creatives

- Work on packaging design : boxes, labels, and retail-facing materials

- Design in-store branding assets (POS material, shelf visuals, brand collaterals)

- Build and maintain brand kits, visual systems, and design languages
- Create product mockups for ads, packaging, and presentations
- Collaborate closely with content, video, and strategy teams
- Execute designs at high speed , aligned with monthly content calendars

What We’re Looking For (Requirements) Must-Haves

- Professional experience as a graphic designer (agency or brand-side)

- Strong command of Photoshop & Illustrator
- Excellent visual aesthetics, typography, and layout sense
- Experience designing for ads, social media, and branding
- Ability to work with very low margin for error
- Comfort working on real-world deliverables (print + digital)

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with packaging or FMCG-style branding
- Familiarity with performance marketing creatives




- Basic motion or video design understanding

- You design for scale and consequences , not dribbble shots

- You can handle pressure—your work reaches hundreds and thousands of stores
- You follow systems, calendars, and brand rules
- You deliver consistently, not occasionally

AI & Workflow Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

- Robust working knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows
- Comfortable using tools like Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, cloud-based creative suites

- Ability to generate fast iterations, mockups, and variations using AI
- AI is not optional here—it’s how we move at speed
