About Us

Schnell Group delivers EPC, infrastructure, and luxury residential projects. Our in-house marketing team produces content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital platforms for our construction, real estate, and CSR initiatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with strong hands-on design and editing skills, supported by working knowledge of AI tools. You will turn briefs into high-quality, on-brand visuals and videos, working closely with the marketing team across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, carousels, ads, brochures, and presentations from scratch as per briefs
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos from raw shoot footage for site updates, project walkthroughs, and events
- Create motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, colour correction, and sound design manually
- Retouch and enhance photographs for project and property marketing




- Use AI tools to speed up and enhance image and video production where suitable
- Maintain brand consistency across Schnell Builders, Schnell Realty, and CSR content
- Support on-ground shoots and organise raw footage
- Deliver revisions quickly based on team feedback
- Keep up with design, video, and social media trends

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong manual skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and video pacing
- Working knowledge of AI tools for image and video generation
- Ability to follow briefs and manage multiple projects on tight timelines
- Open to feedback and comfortable working in a fast-paced team
- A portfolio with both design and video work is mandatory, showing manually created work

Good to Have

- Experience with real estate, construction, or corporate brands
- Basic photography or videography skills
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and Figma
