Graphic Designer & Videographer Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots at client/clinic locations.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, doctor-led content, testimonials, and brand content.
- Develop creative concepts, shoot plans, scripts/hooks, and shot lists.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, framing, and basic production requirements.
- Direct doctors and other professionals during shoots.
- Create high-quality social media creatives using Canva and other design tools.
- Use AI tools for creative development, image generation, video generation, editing, enhancement, and content ideation.
- Develop innovative AI-assisted visual content and creative concepts for social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with Content, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Social Media teams.




- Review raw footage and creative outputs to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with AI tools, social media trends, Reels formats, and emerging creative technologies.
- Ensure all content is delivered within timelines and meets client requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media content.
- Strong creative thinking and visual sense.
- Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design.
- Valuable knowledge of AI-based image and video generation tools.
- Camera, lighting, and audio knowledge.
- Good communication and people-handling skills.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Experience working with healthcare, aesthetic, dermatology, beauty, or wellness brands is preferred.
