- Basic understanding of Engineering Drawing and measurements

- Fundamentals of Tool, Die, Jig & Fixture and Gauge

- Basic knowledge of Manufacturing & Machining Processes

- Awareness of CNC machines and programming

- Basic understanding of Material Science, Heat Treatment and Tool Steels

- Fundamentals of Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electrical systems

- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM tools such as AutoCAD / SolidWorks

- Understanding of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Safety.

Job Skills:

- Read and interpret technical drawings

- Support tool fabrication, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting

- Assist in CNC machining and tooling activities

- Follow SOPs, work instructions and quality standards

- Maintain proper documentation and reports

- Work effectively with Production, Quality, Design and Maintenance teams

- Demonstrate valuable problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills

- Willingness to work in a manufacturing / shop-floor environment.
