Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graduate role based in Gandhinagar. The graduate will support mining operations through data collection, analysis, and reporting on day to day a ctivites.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and prepare clear reports.

- Foundational knowledge of mining, geology, mineral processing, or related engineering disciplines.

- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

- Attention to safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

- Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, including in field or operational environments as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and build a long-term career in the mining industry.
