We are looking for a Google Workspace Support Engineer to join our team in Lucknow.
Candidate Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in email support, e.g., Google Workspace, Exchange or IT Engineer / IT Support (optional)
- Good understanding of Google Workspace Admin Console (optional)
- Quick learning skills
- Basic knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Groups & User Management
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Strong IT background with a customer-support mindset
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS
- Robust IT background with a customer-support mindset
- 100% Work from office
- Ability to handle and resolve user issues effectively.
Onsite work Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
