We specialize in the design and manufacture of Hydraulic Cylinders and Hydraulic Systems for diverse OEM applications.

We serve both the Indian domestic market and international export markets. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for young, talented and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our organisation as:

Graduate Apprentice Trainees will receive practical exposure in the following areas:

1. Production / Manufacturing CNC machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, testing and process improvement.
2. Quality Control Inspection, measuring instruments, quality standards, RCA and QC tools.
3. PPC – Production planning, scheduling, material planning, capacity and delivery monitoring.
4. Procurement – Purchase processes, supplier development, vendor evaluation and cost analysis.
5. PED – New product development, engineering changes, costing, process development and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Fresh graduates preferred
- Academic Performance: Good academic record
- Candidates should have a strong interest in engineering and manufacturing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

Training Duration

One Year

Selected candidates will be engaged as Graduate Apprentice Trainees in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and company policy.
