About the Role

Assistara Global Services Ltd. is looking for a Travel PPC Specialist with experience in the US travel domain and a strong understanding of B2C Call generation and customer acquisition.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate high-quality inbound travel calls and leads for US customers looking for airline tickets, cab rentals, hotel bookings, car rentals, vacation packages, and other travel-related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality inbound calls and leads through PPC and paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns targeting the US B2C travel market.
- Drive qualified customer calls for airline bookings, hotels, car rentals, cab services, vacation packages, and travel services.
- Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, bid optimization, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns to improve call volume, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Create and optimize ad copies, landing pages, audience targeting, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Work closely with the sales/operations team to ensure lead quality and maximize conversions.
- Stay updated with Google Ads, PPC trends, paid search strategies, and US travel market trends.




- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable campaign insights.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC / Google Ads / Paid Search / Call Generation.
- Experience in the US travel process or travel industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of B2C lead generation and inbound call campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Experience generating leads/calls for travel, airline, hotel, cab, car rental, or vacation services will be an advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and campaign management skills.
