Senior Engineer – Quality – Gold Jewellery Mfg

Drive Quality and process compliance across gold jewellery job work operations.

Ensure MTBI, MTO, Export, Proto and Bulk adherence to manufacturing Quality standards.

Coordinate with NPD, Upstream,SFG, QC,Mfg, Vendors to resolve Quality and operational issues.

Focus on defect prevention, continuous improvement, and reducing customer returns.

Ensure consistent product quality across Job work manufacturing by strengthening vendor quality process, Standards adherence, and Improve people competency. Drive defect prevention, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing lifecycle.

Work Experience

- Key Competencies
- Quality Management: Strong understanding of QA/QC systems, Quality processes, SOPs, and process compliance.
- Product/Process audits: Knowledge on the product Quality audits and process audits
- Quality Tools: Knowledge of core quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone, 5 Why, Control Charts, FMEA, and CAPA.
- ERP/EBS Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP/EBS platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent systems for operational and quality data management.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to filter, analyze,



and present data through informative dashboards and reports.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Ability to build effective working relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve operational and quality issues.
- Analytical & Problem Solving: Robust RCA, CAPA, data analysis, and decision-making skills to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Execution & Operational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensure timely execution, and maintain quality standards across manufacturing operations.
- Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication and coordination skills to align QC teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders toward common quality objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s in engineering (Preferably Metallurgy, Mechanical, Production,) or related Fields
- Total Experience: 2- 3 years of experience working in a large-scale production environment and experienced in handling multiple stakeholders.
- Domain Expertise: Proven understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, product development, and quality requirements, with hands-on knowledge of casting and machine-made manufacturing routes, will be an added advantage.
